When/How will i know when my custom plan has been delivered?

Ordered cutom sway earlier this week. When will I get it, and wherever?

I usually have them done in a week's time and then it can take a day or so for them to post it. You will get a PM with a link in it to your plan and also the diet/shopping list/sample meals. :)
