I'm currently ttc blue and I have been taking
2800mg frolic acid
1000mh evening primrose oil
99mg potassium x 2 a day
315mg green tea x 2 a day
1000mg fish oil
1000mg of flaxseed
Alka saltzer gold every other day
Are these all ok for blue should I be taking anything else, also my cycles are all over the place so was thinking of dropping epo& flaxseed for now is that right and when do I start taking it again?
I'm so confused but it all
