I would say it depends on what kind and how much ... there is an article posted on here in another thread, here's the link,

Exactly. It's ~probably~ ok for him BUT endurance athletes are known to father way more daughters. This may be because of higher temps at the testicles but either way it's prob. best for him to just cut back, whether it's temps, testosterone, or some other factor that we dont' know about yet.
