I have MyFitnessPal and just really am not crazy about it.
I am using Myfitnesspal and love it. Although I do prefer the website over the app.
Just be aware that MFP is not reliable on sodium and potassium.
Can anyone suggest a website to check for potassium levels?
Any ideas on how this website is:

I have decided not to worry about potassium apart from the obvious things like bananas and potatoes (and even these are allowed on the LE diet) as it is just too difficult to almost impossible to correctly track as it is not listed in the nutritional information on the packaging, so the only way to find out would be to contact the manufacturer/supplier, which I think would become rather stressful.
I use and love myfitnesspal. Have found it accurate but I do check things before selecting them and some are terrible, often I have to add things myself. It's good for general tracking until you get used to the diet, but agree potassium isn't shown often, so you will track under On that but probably be fine, and salt seems to track higher than average, which is annoying.
In the app?
You go to 'my diary tab' and press 'add' (top right), choose breakfast lunch or dinner then in the bar at the very top it says 'search for a food' and you type there.
For example try typing a brand name or one or two words from a package title, then press enter/go/search. Eg type Bread or Bread White and things will come up, select the brand you use and just check the first few times as some of those entries are lazy ones. Basically whenever you 'create/add a new food' your entry goes into the global database and someone else can also search for and use it. Some people just add the total calories and don't add the breakdown of salt fat etc. or they sometimes add them wrong.
Once you have added a food once it will come up in your recent foods list, and come up as you type in the search bar, before you press enter/search
Adding recipes into the recipe section is best for dinner or lunch, because then you know you have measured it all and it's really accurate. Take the time to do this each time you cook for a week or two then you will save tons of time later.
When you add a bunch of things to lunch or dinner (that you eat often), if you click the spanner icon then 'remember meal' you can save fave meals or collections of food to add quicker later. I do this for TTC stuff as often I eat the same lunch most days and I add in my cup of coffee and other things.
I used this app to loose weight after ds2, it was amazing! Tedious at first though.
