I hope I uploaded these correctly. This is my 8 week ultrasound not sure if you could use ramzi theory for that. Then I have my 10 week 4 day ultrasound I am assuming too early for nub theory. I also attatched my 19 week 4 day ultrasound for skull theory. Please guess away :)

the early pics are boy if image isn't flipped and girl if image is.
8 week was vaginal 10 week and on was abdominal. I thought if baby/placenta was on the left with vaginal it meant girl. I feel like my skulls are boyish but then sometimes they look girly.
there's no way of knowing unless we know if image was flipped or not. both vaginal and abdominal can be flipped. also, baby on the RIGHT of the image means LEFT of the body and vice versa (assuming the image ISN'T flipped . . . and there's a 50/50 chance the image is flipped). But if you know for sure it wasn't flipped, then you basically gold the image against your body to see what side of the body it's on.
sorry no gender clues - as inky says ramzi only really works if the tech knows the theory and tells you for definite which side of the womb the placenta is on during the u/s (its not always the same side of the baby).
nub theory is only really accurate late 12th week early 13th, either way all will look like little girls at 10 weeks
skull theory unfortunately does not seem to have any real accuracy - i've seen boy and girl shapes to all my kids skulls depending on what angle etc image was taken
Could they not give you an answer at the 19 week scan?
