Comments regarding DW's diet changes- Went veggie from Jan 1st, LE from about a week later once my plan was ready. Pretty strict, did have a cheat day after AF last month though! Lunch around 12, dinner around 6, no snacking. Drank diet coke, sugar free squash, aspartame containing yogurts.
If diet was used, length of time before attempt? 10 weeks before successful attempt.
Did you skip breakfast regularly? Yes
Did DH change his diet with you? No
Comments regarding DH's diet- Ate more vegetarian, as I cook most of the meals, but otherwise did not make any changes.
DId you consume alcohol?- A couple of drinks per week
DId you try to limit caffeine? No, I did not factor that into my sway

WEIGHT AND EXERCISE
What did you weigh/BMI do leading up to O? Lost about 10lbs in total, BMI 21 (was 23). Initially weight loss was easier, slowed a little towards the attempt.
Any Weight/Exercise related additional info/comments? No exercise. I used to run 3 miles a couple of times a week before swaying, but no way I could commit to an hour 6 days a week. Couch potato option sounded better :)

Any additional comments? 3 days before was an 'oops' caused by a couple of vodka and diet cokes :-0, DH did shallow release. I felt happy with my sway in other respects, so our 'real' attemot was at +opk, one day before!

Any relevant attempt details? Used RePhresh about 8 hours before. DH wearing tight underwear since ttc. Lots of warm baths for DH (including immediately before attempt, 30 minute soak), FR 1-2 times a day.

Any additional supplement info? DH checked with his MD friend before taking some of the sups, due to having mild asthma.
Did you do anything with Ions? Lavender oil on pillow. Lavender diffuser in bedroom.

Did you use any Old Wives Tales? Pink baby hat under mattress!
Things that make me feel great about my sway: Diet, followed plan closely re supps. Did all that I could think of and more. Was pleased that DH got the OK to use LR.
Things that make me nervous about my sway: Having two attempts (sort of!). Slowed weight loss towards attempt.
Generally though, I don't think I could have done more. I am happy with my attempt. "que sera sera"
Things worth mentioning: DH runs 3 x week (he did not do this when DS1 or 2 were conceived, started in 2008). I'm hoping this may help!!
