What can lengthen your LP?

Does ovulating later than usual lengthen your LP?

I seem to be as of today, at least a day longer .. no AF yet :S

What supps can lengthen the LP? Is a longer LP a bad thing or a good thing?

Oh heavens, I can't remember which can lengthen LP, but I'm pretty sure soy can. And maybe Fertile CM? Really anything that has a hormonal component. Just in my experience, your LP shouldn't change based on your ovulation ... I know when I O on day 10 (only happened twice) I still had my normal 14 day LP. Your LP could have changed for another reason though... like the supps. Did you try anything new this cycle?

A longer LP is a good thing to a point as it provides a nice long window for implantation; that is why anything less than 10 days is considered tough to get pregnant. The downside to a long LP is longer cycles so less attempts.
