Interested in skull and nub theory guesses

I am due my 20 week scan on Monday and I am curious at people's thoughts from scan pic from 12 weeks 5 days. I already have 3 girls who had perfect round skulls in there 12 week scan photos unlike this one. Guesses please.......Attachment 10177

My guess is girl based off of the nub but I don't know much about the skull theory, I am terrible at it! I hope its your boy though!
