So these 5 simple exercises are supposed to rejuvenate, regulate endocrine functions and have benefits to overall health. They are esp. recommended for people 60+ which I like, I feel like a baby in this category :p
I wanted to share and I guess my question is can these exercises replace classical work out for blue sway?

Hi Z!! I checked them out and in my opinon any kind of exercise that strengthens your core like these exercises say they do is good for blue.
