DTD question

Thanks for stopping by. I understand that blue swayers DTD every 2-4 days after AF and 3-5 after first +opk. My questions are: does DH release in me during the 2-4 after AF or do we use protection/pull out? Can he take care of himself during some of that time? He will be traveling for work a bit more (usually 3 days a week).

There are hormones in his semen that may make you more boy friendly if he finishes in you. But if he needs to help himself, that's ok too - better than abstaining!!
