Splenda?

Is Splenda (sucralose) acidifying like aspartame? Aspartame gives me terrible headaches. Splenda I can tolerate..

Yes- Equal, Splenda, NutraSweet- they are all acidic. Truvia is the only alkaline sweetner.

Yes! You can use Splenda instead if you tolerate it better (weirdly, I can't tolerate Splenda at all but do OK with aspartame!)
