Has anyone else seen the boygirl diet website. I am curious as it says it has a 14 day meal plan which would mean no racking the brain trying to work out what to have each nite. Or is it another bogus site.

We provide a sample menu with our plans! Most people have just posted the IG diet on other sites.
And she quotes a surprising 96% success rate- why do all those sites choose 96 or 97% success rates? Wouldn't it be more convincing if it were a more realistic number??
Read the fine print! The * next to the "trial results" doesn't refer to her success- she is quoting the study tgat started the high calcium, magnesium for a girl, high potassium, sodium for a boy-
