In July I think I am going to ovulate about 5 days after the full moon, give or take a day. I sleep with a lot of light in my room because I don't have shades on one window, and I live in NY. So would you recommend me getting shades and sleeping in total darkness, or to keep stressing my body out with the light? I am also a major insomniac if that makes any difference in your answer.
