I had a long break from swaying because of illnesses but am well and 19 weeks pregnant now and it's a boy. I did the French Gender Diet and nothing else! No timing no supplements. In fact I have to say I think I ovulated 4 days after and I am positive that my 2 girls were conceived on O day. Also I work in an aggressive male dominated profession but I was promoted and was highly valued and respected before I had my girls, but was treated terribly and felt realy down on the dumps before my boy was conceived. So I am a strong beleiver now that it is the diet and nothing else! The French Gender Diet is the only one that is recommended by both this site and In-Gender. It is not that difficult to do (yes I am glad I don't have to eat all that meat anymore). I was doing it before my girls were conceived too I just did not know it. So try it and good luck to you all.
