The Easiest Ways to Boost Fertility

Wondering if anyone could share what they KNOW to be the fastest and easiest ways to boost fertility - I don't even care which gender they sway - we just want another baby. Since I started swaying boy (and I have only done a very light sway) I no longer get ANY EWCM and after our D&C we haven't been able to get pregnant though the 2 times we have been pregnant prior to were on the first try.

I am thinking that something (maybe the green tea or fish oil) or maybe the D&C have just really messed up my fertility and I want desperately for it to return. If you have any tips, things to do, or eat, or drink, that will help, please share. Waiting for AF to arrive but then May has GOT to be our month. Thanks!

Lemon water, Vit. D, grapefruit juice are all good. I think fish oil is great but you may want to try coconut oil instead or along with it. Stay away from EPO, Fertile CM, and green tea if you aren't responding to them.

D and C can cut down on your body's ability to make CM.

Robi/Muci would be something else to try.

I would definitely use preseed
