Who has used this and with what success? Is it safe while nursing?
I don't think atomic recommends it when nursing as it takes the nutrients away and therefore stops them going to the baby. But I think it also depends on the age of the breastfed baby/child, i.e. do they still get all their nutrients from nursing or most of their nutrients from food and only nurse for comfort.
I will write an essay on this
