I had a ph of about 7-9 before the diet. It has been in the 6's since I started the diet/vita/herbs. So Easter weekend I pushed more dairy, diet pepsi, and crystal light... my ph was 4.4 this morning. So excited now I just have to wait until July :wink:

The only thing I changed was... I used 4 doses of rephresh and when I ran out and my ph was still high I used repleans Thursday before we left for Las Vegas and wasn't able to check my ph until Monday. Just checked hubbies ph and it was 6.5 but the repleans raised it to 7.5 (after it was in for a few seconds) so I will have to find a way to keep the ph from raising.
