Hello,
When do you stop taking baby aspirin? I have had positive opk, understand it helps implantation but not sure how long I take it for.
I am old so need as much help as possible!
What about progesterone capsules? Is it recommended when doing a natural cycle? If so when to start and how long to take it for?
As for diet is pineapple & walnuts ok during 2ww to sway pink?

Hey there, I took baby aspirin after O and once a day. At my 8 week appt, the midwife said to stop taking it immediately. Just had a m/c, but next time around, I will probably stop it about a week after bfp or so. Maybe some of the HT gals will pipe in because they usually are advised to take it after a transfer. As far as progesterone, I take that also! I'm 35 and have had 3 m/c now, so my doctors don't play around with me anymore. I take 100mg suppositories, once a day. You will need to continue that until 12-14 weeks until your placenta has taken over the hormone production. If you are over 35, I would take it. It doesn't hurt, since it's natural.
As far as pineapple and walnuts, nothing matters in the 2ww because your bean is already made. I ate both daily, but then eased up on that a few days after bfp. Don't worry about what sways after you've attempted, just worry about keeping that bean in there and rest and eat well.

I would start weaning off the baby aspirin once you get a BFP. You don't need to (and in fact, shouldn't) quit taking it all of a sudden UNLESS you are having bleeding, as in you're miscarrying or having spotting.Quote:
