2:it also helps muscles (grow ,repair ..)
3:it's easy to make store and just grap on the go
So my question is , wich one do it get . Soy , whey ,hemp ?

Whey
You can get it anywhere, I wouldn't buy any that have soy in it, you have to read the ingredients because some whey proteins still have soy in it. I usually order mine online since its cheaper.
I also took Whey protien while swaying. I order mine from Bodybuilding.com.
I used Double Chocolate Proto Whey, its the yummiest one i have tried, you can use it in baking, or drink it with milk or water. Attachment 11113
I think it is best to go with real food when you can. Whey is ok, avoid soy, and real food is better
