Calling all nub gurus! My friend needs your help!!

My friend had an NT scan today but couldn't get good positioning, so she had blood drawn for MaterniT21 instead. In the meantime, we're obsessing over the picture the u/s tech gave her. What do you think? I know it's not the best angle, but do you think it leans one way or the other? She's 12w5d by ultrasound measurements. Thanks!!
