My question to all of you: do you drink coffee soo much
(I drink about 7 cups a day; black coffee no sugar no cream )
..........................
Also i consume tons of hot pepper ;red or green ;raw or cooked!!!
Does your daily diet contain these two items ?!

A little coffee (caffeine) is fine on the diet. Not sure sure about 7 cups though... I only have one coffee/tea in the morning and a diet coke for lunch, so don't have that much!
Pretty sure I read that hot pepper sways blue...
I drank a small amount of coffee with 2 of my DS, then tea with the other two. Drank lots and lots of coffee with DD. I personally think high intake of caffeine sways pink.
I eat hot peppers occasionally but not to extremes
