Ladies, can you help me? I want to do o+12 and am testing for LH with OPK- so if I test twice a day- at 11 and 11pm - I assume that from a book I read on ovulating- that generally speaking you will O approx. 24hrs after your first + OPK and then add 12 hrs. Is this correct? Last month- I totally missed the whole O window!!! enraging!!!!
