Hello!! I've just signed up as I'm TTC girl after 2 beautiful boys. I read a lot of the old Shettles stuff a few years back and now realise that I need to rethink my plan a bit! There is so much information on here so I'll be back with lots of questions soon. Trying to get my head around the LE diet at the moment and thinking that I should sign up for the custom plan to simplify!
