Comments regarding DW's diet changes- LE since October and was on IG for about 3 weeks prior to finding this site . I was really strict at first and everyone was commenting that I was too skinny (really annoying!). I had an early m/c in January so after that I was more relaxed on the diet and increased my sodium and calories but remained mainly vegetarian except with occasional cheats (no red meat though).
If diet was used, length of time before attempt? 8 long months!
Did you skip breakfast regularly? Yes
Did DH change his diet with you? Yes
Comments regarding DH's diet- He eased up on salt and meats (especially red meat) but he was not at all strict
DId you consume alcohol?- A couple of drinks per week
DId you try to limit caffeine? No, I drink caffeine regularly
Any Diet Details? I had about 2 cups of coffee per day and that was about it for caffeine.

WEIGHT AND EXERCISE
What did you weigh/BMI do leading up to O? 128 lbs at O; when I started the diet I was 137.5. Went down to 125 prior to m/c and then I gained some back (hope that didn't hurt my sway) I'm 5'7"
Any Weight/Exercise related additional info/comments? Not any formal exercise other than walks outside and playing with my kids until 2 weeks before this attempt when we joined a gym (bad timing lol). I only did cardio though, no weights.

Any relevant attempt details? My goal was one attempt but I had a + OPK for a long time so I didn't want to miss ovulation.

Any additional supplement info? I also drank peppermint tea leading up to O.
Did you do anything with Ions? fan on, windows open, lavender body wash and plug ins, painted nails frequently

Did you use any Old Wives Tales? I felt really silly doing this but I put a little dress under the bed that I bought when I was pregnant with DS1 (before we knew the sex).
Things that make me feel great about my sway: That I really did the best I could. I feel like I gave it my all and I pray that this is my little girl:) I make pretty amazing boys so either way I'm so happy:)

8/10: We found out today that we are expecting a baby girl! I am still in shock and feel like its a dream. I feel so thankful that I found this site! THANK YOU GENDER DREAMING!!!
