Is 6 dpo too early to feel exhaustion? What were your symptoms?

Did anyone have symptoms this early?

I had nausea as early as 4 days after transfer and got a bfp 1-2 day later. Maybe it was just a coincidence. Btw my progesterone and estrogen levels were pretty low then.
