I think is an hour before, and I think so. It gives the swimmers an energy boost and make the boy sperm swim ever faster. That is the theory anyway.
I agree with Roonarpia! Yes, you can def. get a boy without drinking caff an hour before but then again, of all the things that are kinda easy enough to do, that one doesn't seem too problematic (altho it might make it hard for him to sleep after.)
well i dont think he ll have a prob drinking caffeine before bd i was just wondering if since he is an addict already and drinks it so much if it was necessary (you know if the caff is alreay in there) but i guess it wouldnt hurt like you guys said!!! thx! plus itd increase chances too i guess!
