Get vegetarian sources of Omega 3, NOT Omega 6, and if you can't find that then just drop it all together and increase saturated fat (butter) DH should not take flaxseed oil under any circumstances.

I just saw a research article about men consuming more saturated fat tend to have poorer quality of semen. Doesnt that sway pink?

coffee.... flaxseed oil is great for swaying blue. Green tea, grape fruit freshly squeezed juice, fish oil, big O at least 5times a week will help you with ewcm. But you need lots of protein for boy sway.
There are two different things going on here so let me take them one at a time to avoid confusion.
The fundamental prob. with flaxseed for DH is that is has things called phytoestrogens (EPO also has these) that mimic the body's natural estrogen. They confuse your body, in some ways they act like estrogen and estrogen for DH can sway pink. And worse still when a man has more estrogen than he should, his body's production of testosterone can decline as well. It is double bad for DH to take flaxseed and EPO.
The problem with the Omega 3/Omega 6 ratio is different. It is really not great for your health to ingest more Omega 6 fats than Omega 3's. It causes a lot of problems for your health including depression and higher risks of cardiovascular disease. Plus, research has shown that higher intake of Omega 6's than Omega 3's, in animals, sways pink. So when you are swaying, you MUST be sure you are getting more Omega 3 (and this is why I recommend taking double fish oil to EPO). Flaxseed, while it does have a form of Omega 3 in it, has chemistry in it that inhibits the conversion of that form into a type that is better used by your body so the Omega 3 in flaxseed is basically useless and you are really just taking a big dose of Omega 6 when you take it.
