Question about frequent BD

Please help me out in figuring this out. I usually ovulate on cd 18 so if I do frequent BD should I start on cycle day 6 if I want a 2 day cut off? This means I will dtd from cd 6-15 correct?

I want to use Rephresh but I'm not sure how to do it. If I use it every 3 days and what if I'm on day 2-3 of rephresh on my last attempt? Should I use it again?

I tried Rephresh on a previous cycle and it kept my ph down for about 2 days not 3. Should I just use it every 2 days?

Also, what is your PH ideally supposed to be at?

Start as early as is possible for frequent BD - if you can get your hubby to release on his own starting CD 1 that's even better. He really needs to be depleted BEFORE your fertile window opens up - you can't just go off your O day because you can get pg from the sperm left over from earlier attempts.

If you start BD on CD 6 and then O early like CD 14 (even if you have never done so before, swaying is a surefire way to shake it up) your fertile window can open up even 4-5 days before that so you'd only have a few attempts in and your husbands sperm numbers would still be quite high. So for frequent BD, it's best to start having him release CD 1, even if you're not doing the releases inside at first. That way you ensure you will have had 7-10 releases before there's any possible way that fertile window could open.

If you're on day 2-3 of REpHresh, then yes, you can use it again. There's nothing harmful about using it more often, it's just that it's $$$ and is supposed to work for 3 days. The closer you are to ovulation, the more often I'd use it (this is JUST with frequent BD people, not with one attempt) if you want to use it every 2 days that's fine.

BTW I got my 4th boy with pH of 4.5. :s
