Just a thought regarding calcium/magnesium
A few years ago I was having a TERRIBLE time with anxiety. I had a lot of blood work drawn and I was low on magnesium.. I guess being low on magnesium can make anxiety worse (according to my dr.) She has a holistic approach to her practice as well. Also she told me that taking these supplements at night can help you with falling asleep.
Is the reason for taking these supplements for swaying girl because it can reduce anxiety and that helps lower T? Makes sense to me espcially if your low on magnesium. Or is there another reason it sways girl? This may have already been talked about...I'm fairly new to all this ;) but I remember the blood test results I had and I've seen it mentioned a lot in supplement recommendations so I thought I'd mention it!
