I will be doing no breakfast, 1200 cals a day - following LE rules, On diet for minimum 6 weeks before ttc.
Taking Vitex from AF - O
Nursing my son
Do 60 minutes fat burning cardio per day
Abstain and then dtd 24 hours after +opk , no orgasm, me on top
Jump and dump after 5 minutes
RePhresh at + opk
Dh - cranberry, Licorice root, abstain, warm bath before dtd
Thoughts on an antihistimine?

Your calories and exercise are pretty much exactly what I was doing when I got my 3 girls! Gl.
I don't think you will need an antihistamine if you are breastfeeding. It makes you pretty dry, especially with the diet. Your sway looks awesome anyway. :)
