I cannot tell if the big bump is the nub or that line. 50/50 for me
ETA...comparing to my son at 13w, that double bump looks like his scrotal bump/nub. I am certainly not an expert but not sure what else that is.
The three dots or two dots at the top morph into the leg bones, these are shots from the video.

I still think girl, it looks like swollen labia to me but maybe that is my imagination haha
