UPDATE!

Hi girls,
I began this journey almost one year ago and have been in and out of the forums. I haven't posted since finding out Im pregnant due to just being nervous about the gender. Obviously I want a healthy bub but my desired gender would be awesome!!! I had a scan today at 12 weeks and five days and I asked for a nub shot but I don't think I see it. The tech of thirty years showed me a potty shot that only showed a bright white line with no obvious potrusion but I thought that a potty shot this early we 50/50. She made a bet that its a girl but I don't want to get my hopes up. Thanks for looking And I appreciate and guesses!!

Update!!!

I went for private scan at 17 weeks and two days and it is indeed a girl! We are ecstatic!! I will try and post my sway when I get a chance!

Looks like it's cut off right where the nub should be! When is your next scan?

I may get a private scan at 17 weeks, that's the earliest it's offered around here. I just wish the tech wouldn't have guessed because now my hopes are up. She knew about the nub theory but the baby wouldn't stop moving. I think that's why she ventured into the potty zone to figure it out for me. I wish she would nt have guessed based on that since I know it's not reliable. Oh well, I guess I'll have to wait another four weeks! Thanks everyone!
