If you are following IGD or FGD, they don't allow caffeine.
LE Diet allows caffeine.
When I had my girls I drank a lot of coffee, and regular coca cola
I'm going to do my best at LE but I realize that it'll probably be the weakest part of my sway because I have limited time and a DH and DD to feed that can't really eat like that. Maybe moderate caffeine would be best? I've seen claims it sways both boy and girl so maybe that is safest?
If you do end up going LE you will probably end up preparing two meals at each sitting. There are whole pile of quick and easy LE recipes in the dream member section, or you can pay for a 21-day meal plan. GL!
The reasons why "they" say it sways boy have been 100% totally debunked. Caffeine does not cause calcium to leach from your body, and it's dubious as to whether calcium even sways pink anyway.Quote:
