BFP...am totally shocked!!

I got my bfp this morning at 13 dpo. I cannot believe it. I have never gotten pg first cycle! In fact, quite the opposite...took a year trying with DS1, 5 months with DS2, and 9 months with DS3. I have PCOS, so I'm thinking the PCOS version of the LE diet must have really improved my fertility. Now I'm nervous that I didn't sway hard enough! Arrgh. Just trusting and praying it was enough. And I know if it's another boy, I'll be disappointed and sad, but I know I'll be ok.

Those of you who swayed girl, did you ease back into your old diet & exercise, or did you drop everything right away?

Congratulations!!! I eased back into everything slowly after my BFP in case of early m/c and I also couldn't stomach the thought of meat after being vegetarian and having morning sickness.

I jumped straight back to my normal diet !
