Folic Acid for DH, does it sway at all?

Hi. I am starting to take folic acid for future TTC and I've read that males should also be taking Folic Acid as it strenghtens their swimmers and lowers birth defect rates, and DH is 46, so it couldn't hurt, right?

Thing is, we trying for PINK and I do not want him to have anything that will sway blue. I am definitely having Folic Acid, but unsure about DH.

Does it sway in any way?

i think it can sway blue but if dh is 46, it may be something to seriously consider. None of these things are magic bullets for pink and so if you have concerns about his sperm health, then 400 mcg folic is said to help with sperm quality.
