Hello, Everyone!

My husband and I will soon be TTC and I would prefer a girl though I just pray that God blesses us with a reasonably healthy baby. I will not be able to do much to sway what is meant to be because of health and fertility issues at this point but I really enjoy reading the information here. We only really get one solid shot at a pregnancy and then we plan to adopt other children. The detailed reasons are for another post on another day but I figured this would at least be an introduction.

Well, this is more of an update then anything else. I am unable to conceive without medical intervention and, after a lot of talking and prayer, my husband and I have decided to stop trying and pursue other options.

The long version of the story includes a need to go back on psych meds that are unsafe during the first trimester and over half of my time attempting to get pregnant eaten up by my liver either failing or recovering from failure. Really, the whole experience sucked many rabid ferrets but God has a plan so I'm just waiting to see what it is.

I may lurk around here some more. The information is interesting and I certainly hope that everyone gets their dream children.
