No nub clues but going with girl on the skull.

The nub appears as my ds2's did... i'll try and circle what i see... hang on

Thanks Deaks, i didnt even realise that was the nub i thoguht that was part of babies leg!

Could still be leg but it kinda looks nubish to me and is in right spot. Hopefully youll get some more guesses!

I really think that's part of the leg and that's to big for being a nub. Maybe just under the lines you have circled you might see a hint of a girly nub.
