Is Breast/armpit pain a sign of AF or pregnancy?

Hiya

I'm currently on day 12dpo but have long 31-33 day cycles. The last few days I've been experiencing pain/aching feeling around the side of my left breast and towards my armpit. Does anyone else suffer with this?

In all honesty, I've had with both. AF was more the front breast/nipple area. Last time I had it (when I was pg), I could feel there was something 'different' - it wasn't quite pain or discomfort, but every time I turned over onto my side I would get a twinge in my low underarm/side breast area.

Thank you for your reply, I'm the same and I sometimes get tender breast before AF but this feels different and I never usually get it like this so am hoping it may be a sign of pregnancy but don't want to get my hopes up.

I Def would get the under arm breast pain even before my missed period when I'm preg x
