How important is the diet and minerals for dh?
Which diet?
If you are doing FGD/IGD, then you are supposed ot have your husband do diet with you, and you are supposed to give him the minerals. Now, we have data from IG that shows no difference in gender ratio between DH taking cal-mag and not, but you are supposed to have him take it.
With LE Diet, DH does not need to do diet, but if he was willing to give up or cut back on red meat, all meat, healhty and saturated fats (upping intake of margarine and veg. oils other than olive oil), and eat/drink more soy, it may help your sway.
Thanks for the advice! I will go for the LE diet but not very strict. I will reduce calories, fat, protein and vitamins. Will also take magnesium and calcium. I already had a succesful IG sway in 2010 with o plus 12, no diet but supps. I will try a similar sway this time but will focus more on diet.
