Can someone please tell me what Vitex actually does and where to get it? I have read it must do something with our cycles. I am wanting to TTC a girl in July/Aug my cycle is usually between 30 and 35 days but the last 3 months it has been 40 days and 35 days its drving me crazy. will Vitex help regulate me?

yeah it sort of answered everything. My Dh and i talked about waiting until the end of the year to ttc so i hope i can get myself on track by then so we can ttc a girl.
I just wanted to add to this thread. My cycles have been all over the place the last 3 anyway so i got af on the 4th of may and i started taking Vitex that day and i am not sure if it has anything to do with the Vitex but i ovulated on the 20th of may which is day 17 for me which is my usual cycle. I will be taking vitex from af to o again next cycle i really hope i am back to normal again.... and with thanks to Vitex!!
I took vitex with my 3rd not knowing it may sway pink lol and it helped my cycles at the time.
yeah well i will continue taking it from af to o again and see what happens. how long were you taking it for ?
