So Green tea is bad?

Green tea is bad when your pregnant cause it absorbs folic acid so Im guessing it would do the same while ttc and for ttc girl I think it's too nutritious and would sway boy

What about regular tea, like earl grey and lipton?

I swear that Green Tea helped me conceive DS. I drank tons of the stuff every day when I conceived him.

When swaying for my daughter, I stayed away from all teas except crystal light iced tea drink mix. It's actually pretty darn good if you need a tea fix.

coffee is better, but anything in moderation is usually ok
