Got my BFP :)

I'm feeling quite nervous now because I can no longer do anything to help sway and the sex is now set.

Very nervous about telling work too because I work in pharmacy manufacturing, half my work is making cytotoxic drugs so won't be allowed too.

Congrats, and good luck with work, in some ways it will be liberating to be able to tell them so early, rather than having to hide it for ages while you feel sick!
