what about maca active? or testyx tpl. ive been researching testosterone and was wondering which ones are bad and which is good. i ve read the supplements list on here but wondering why others such as these arent listed (is it just bc they may not be safe?)
i guess it sounds like im looking for a a quick fix, but im more just curious.
There are A LOT of testosterone boosting products on the market that we could possibly add to the supps list but for now I think we should stick with things that are well tested (altho I do think maca has a lot of potential and will probably be added at some point and be beneficial to a boy sway). The reason is that you can raise your testosterone adequately through changes in diet, the traditional supps, and exercise, and at any time when you mess around with your hormones you run the risk of screwing your cycle up. Too much test. can be just as bad for your fertility as not enough.
