Okay, this seems like a very easy supplement to add into the diet and it really seems to help (makes sense if you think that in times of maternal decline, people may eat things without much nutrition but very fibrous).
What is the best supplement? I used to take some chewable tablets daily, would something like that work? Does it matter at all? Or are people with success taking something particular?
