There is mixed info on how oregano affects testosterone, and if you ate enough of it to do anything medicinally, I do not believe it's safe either for your personal health, or for use prepregnancy. Peppermint, yes, you may dry your own peppermint and use it in foods. But remember, if you do enough peppermint to affect you medicinally, you can't do saw palmetto so you need to pick one or the other.
