Bad cramping

I believe I am 4 DPO. I am having horrible cramping.

I had a coup,e ruptured ovarian cysts while I had my mirena iud and the pain was severe but gone within 1 hour and a half

Implantation would not be severe... My implantation this time I felt really strong period like pain...

What are you doing to sway? Maybe it's something to do with your diet possibly intestinal pain
