How are you trying to upload? Everyone else seems to be uploading okay so let's figure out what's preventing you!
im pressing reply, then the paperclip icon go advanced, add files finding the picture on my computer but when I go to add it egg timer keeps coming on and wont go off? Never mind its on my profile picture now!

Yes its probably too big or something, it says dimensions 1920 x 2560
