BCP & OPK & diet question
Hello all! Ok been gone for awhile dealing with life & put all sway stuff on hold. Baby fever has officially taken back over & I am ready to start all over again.
Hoping someone can answer this for me. I am on the mini pill which if I understand it correctly I should still ovulate while on it. My cycles have been all over the place. Had 2 AF's in April than waited 36 days before I had AF in June & I'm now on day 29 & no AF again. So at this point I have no idea when I O. In week 4 of my pills planning on taking one more pack, so, can/should I use OPK's to try to figure out when I O on this next cycle to help me better plan for the following cycle? Will they work while on the pill & is it even worth it cause who knows what will happen when I get back off the pill.
On diet, been on & off a LE type diet for the past 2 months. Nothing consistent been up& down the same few lbs cause of to many off diet days. I do have a good amount of weight I can afford to loose. If I get consistent now keeping in mind AF should come anytime & I want to wait 1 more full cycle is that enough time on diet. Really feel the need to get a move on here. I have put my sway off for almost a year DO NOT want to wait any longer but would love to give myself the best odds.
As always thanks for any advice. Waiting for Friday to order a custom sway plan but like I said totally feeling baby fever so I hoped to be able to pick your brains in the meantime!
