Saw palmetto or vitex?

Which one is best to take? Do they do the same job? I'm so confused! Thanks

I liked Saw Palmetto, I felt it brought my O earlier and after taking it I was much less competitive which I think bears up the lowering testosterone thing.

You can take them both together if you like.

I like vitex because it is less "scary" to me but I do think saw palmetto works.

That's great, thanks. I was taking peppermint tea but I think I might as well take sp or v, I'm going to be rattling with all the pill popping!
