RePHresh

If I took a cap full of Rephresh today and get a +opk tomorrow do I need to take more?

I wouldn't. RepHresh is to help every 3 days from AF until +OPK aiming to stop use no later than 8 hours prior to +OPK. I usually stopped mine around 24 hours before (more chance of conception). Overdo it and will more than likely kill off anything trying to make it's way through.

It is up to you and depends on how big a hurry you are in to get pg. If youa re ok with not getting pg this month, then you can use a little. If you would prefer to be in with a good chance, then don't.

I didn't use it the day after. We did a cut off somewhat anyway. I don't feel pregnant but we will see.
